Corporate Social Responsibility

“Educationists should build the capacities of the spirit of inquiry, creativity, entrepreneurial and moral leadership among students and become their role model.” A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, World-Renowned Space Scientist,The Former President of India

We believe ‘CADeploy Corporate Philosophy and Business’ is incomplete without ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ incorporated in it. In every line of our business, we ensure all CADeploians regardless of their race and religion, work for the common good.

We work as a team to make a positive impact on the society we live. Every individual ‘working for us & with us’ feel equally responsible and appreciate our CSR approach. This diligent effort by us showed overwhelming results, which inspire us to go further by bringing in more CSR activities every year and be a part in the betterment of our society.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability approach is more of a strategic mission. CADeploy and its stakeholders has done a materiality assessment to figure out some of the events that requires immediate attention in the under developed parts of India. Based on this assessment we laid foundation of our CSR strategy.

We have three focus areas as part of our CSR:

  • Employability of Rural Youth
  • Employability of Disabled Persons
  • Employability of First time degree and diploma holders in a family

An academic qualification which is not complimented by desired skill set is potentially weak to grab the eye of a recruiter. The biggest challenge in life for such individuals who possess basic educational qualifications and lack the skills is, to stand on their feet and face the world that is moving at an unimaginable pace. These individuals require proper guidance, resources, training & development and opportunities to understand the competition in the job market.

Our CSR activities go beyond charities, we put great effort in identifying the needs of educated individuals from under developed parts of India where education and employment opportunities are still in the budding stage. CADeploy from the date of its inception has been targeting these rural parts where majority of the population possess basic education but are not competitively skilled to face the industry.

Every year we conduct trainings, seminars, guest lectures, provide resources and live projects for students who hail from these under developed areas. The individuals who are benefitting from our CSR program in rural areas are high school students, graduates and under graduates. The graduates and under graduates can avail our real time internship program for a year. Through these CSR activities, we are creating the next generation of competent engineers, designers, modellers, checkers, etc., who hail from these under developed areas.

In 2015, as part of our CSR training and development program, CADeploy travelled 587 miles from city of Hyderabad in Telangana, India to Coimbatore in Tamilnadu, India to Sri Eshwar College of Engineering. Our collaboration with Sri Eshwar College of Engineering was so fruitful that 15 out of 45 students who were part of our training and development program in 2015 are now working with us in Hyderabad in Telangana, India.

Our prime endeavour is to educate, train and provide employment opportunities for students hailing from under developed parts of India and ensure they understand the significance of an educated society. We pledge to remain focussed on empowerment of rural societies and be responsible Corporate Citizens.
