Every individual ‘working for us & with us’ feel equally responsible and appreciate our CSR approach. This diligent effort by us showed over whelming results, which inspire us to go further by bringing in more CSR activities every year and be a part in the betterment of our society. Our Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability approach is more of a strategic mission.
CSR Activities go beyond charities, we put great effort in identifying the needs of educated individuals from under developed parts of India where education and employment opportunities are still in the budding stage. CADeploy from the date of its inception has been targeting these rural parts where majority of the population possess basic education but are not competitively skilled to face the industry.
Every year we conduct trainings, seminars, guest lectures, provide resources and live projects for students who hail from these under developed areas. The individuals who are benefitting from our CSR program in rural areas are high school students, graduates and under graduates. The graduates and under graduates can avail our real time internship program for a year. Through these CSR activities, we are creating the next generation of competent engineers, designers, modellers, checkers, etc., who hail from these under developed areas. In 2015, as part of our CSR training and development program, CADeploy travelled 587 miles from city of Hyderabad in Telangana, India to Coimbatore in Tamilnadu, India to Sri Eshwar College of Engineering. Our collaboration with Sri Eshwar College of Engineering was so fruitful that 15 out of 45 students who were part of our training and development program in 2015 are now working with us in Hyderabad in Telangana, India.
Our prime endeavour is to educate, train and provide employment opportunities for students hailing from under developed parts of India and ensure they understand the significance of an educated society. We pledge to remain focussed on empowerment of rural societies and be responsible Corporate Citizens.
